The Friendship Force of Greater Orlando is part of Friendship Force International (FFI), an organization that is dedicated to promoting cultural understanding through person to person interactions and home visits. We are one of over 300 Friendship Force International (FFI) clubs in 60 countries, dedicated to promoting peace and global understanding across the borders that separate people.
Our club was chartered in 1981 and our membership resides in the Central Florida counties surrounding Orlando. We travel to other FF clubs in other parts of the world to experience their culture and customs and we host other clubs to show them the life and culture of the Central Florida area.
Traveling as “ambassadors” of our country on Outbound Journeys, we have visited many countries, including Brazil, Indonesia, Germany and Japan. In turn, we have opened our homes and welcome inbound ambassadors from the United States and other countries. Within the last few years, we have hosted FF clubs from Germany, Romania, Sweden, and Japan.

Each year, in collaboration with FFI, we plan incoming and outgoing Journeys. Events and activities are listed in our Newsletters.
In addition, we offer a "Taste Travelers" experience where we meet at local ethnic restaurants a few times a year. See our Calendar for more information.
